I've been anticipating the release of the Arsenal Strike 1 for quite some time now. I could hardly contain my excitement when a customer and friend of mine had one of these fine Italian pistols transferred to our range a few weeks ago. I had heard the stories of about this gun and how revolutionary it is for a long while now, with some of the most respected names in the industry absolutely giddy after using them. Larry Vickers has been a proponent of these pistols for some time now, and I'd say that guy knows a thing or two. After I fired my first magazine, I was a believer as well! The Strike 1 sits noticeably lower in the shooters hand than any other pistol I have ever held. The bore is basically in line with a trigger finger in register. This low sitting slide, plus a fixed blowback barrel allow for an incredibly soft shooting and low recoiling gun. There are several add ons for these pistols that come stock from the factory, such as a built in magwell. Sure would be nice if Glock did that! The factory trigger is wide, comfortable, and really nice at around 4lbs. The slide is also very easy to move back and forth, even for those without a whole lot of hand strength. I do not believe in buying skill, but I certainly believe this gun can improve most any shooter! Come on by and check it out! Shoot Straight! - Jeff
